Overall Appearance:
Kakeru, being raised to become the next Rhythm King, has a body built for just this. Slim, well built, and toned from exercise. His skin has a permanent tan from the years of outdoor training, whereas his slim body shape belies his ferocious strength. Despite this, his hands and face retain a gentle appearance, well toned and sculpted like nobility, accented by the single cut scar running horizontally across his face. He is always seen with a smirk on his face, as he doesn't like to put on a "Boringly stern face" like some of the other Royals.
When it comes to clothes, Kakeru's preference is simple and effective, always wearing a duplicate of the same outfit, and always the same coat, goggles, gloves, and belt. His outfit is comprised of a white tanktop, jeans that are torn at the end, a ragged black coat, a pair of goggles, a pair of fingerless gloves, and a belt with loops for his medicine, and a pouch filled with various flavors of gum, and three small screwdrivers.

- Those who abuse power or position. It gives the impression that those with power are all bad.
- Those who refuse to defend themselves. He believes that if you can defend yourself, yet you don't, then you're a coward.
Accent/Manner of Speech/Language(s):
Kakeru's manner of speech is a notably strange one. A mix of an Osakan accent and technical jargon. Add to this an incredibly heavy use of Engrish, and you've got one interesting conversationalist. Of course, he tries to hide the Osakan accent with a learned Tokyo accent, although his native accent peaks through frequently.
Frequently in his speech, Kakeru will chuckle, or add in strange, usually growls and grunts, just to keep conversations interesting, although he drops this trait when the conversation is actually important. He only knows Japanese and Engrish. He almost always ends his sentences with either "de gozaru" or "aru". Also, when referring to himself, rather than using the standard "boku" or "ore", he uses "ryuu", which normally translates as dragon. This does not show through in standard English text, but I would prefer if some people were to mention this trait IC.
Overall Personality:
Kakeru is quite far from what people would call normal. Which is just fine with him, as he despises anything to do with modern standards of "Normalcy" or anything of that sort, as he believes that it's all an attempt to uniformalize people as a whole. So, he much rathers to be strange, which is actually his natural personality anyway. A major fan of anime and video games, he quite frequently references both, and is usually seen with a manga in hand.
When interacting with others, Kakeru usually takes a sarcastic attitude, or playfully teases the other person or people. But, despite his actions, he hold those close to him, especially his friends and subordinates, with high regard, and is willing to risk his life to protect them.
Kakeru is quite famous on the net, using his title, Wyvern, as a web alias, as is a well known hacker and web programmer. His skills are actually derived from his training in the Resonance Road, as the necessary speed of vibration means a high hand-movement speed, and an unparrelelled typing speed.
His actual title, Wyvern, is derived from a habit he had when he was younger. He was always the type to pick fights, and remained undefeated for years. But he wasn't your run of the mill bully, mind you, but rather, he would only go after the biggest, strongest-looking opponents he could find, in order to prove his dominance. One time, another student noticed this trait, and likened it to how a wyvern hunts elephants, the largest prey possible, and the name just stuck.
Kakeru also almost always carries a bokken (wooden katana) with him, just for the hell of it.
History:
Twenty years ago, the world of the Parts War was rebuilt. In this event, eight new Royals arose, with Roads unheard of before. One of these was the former Rhythm King, Marco Trinos, who was referred to as "Grand". Five years later, a man by the name of Heishiro Miyamoto, who once rode the Flame Road under the name of "Phoenix", went up to Marco, and asked Marco to take his son, Kakeru, as an apprentice. Marco accepted, and brought the young boy home with him to Osaka. This was the beginning of the training. Unfortunately, the boy was born with very weak lungs, and had to take special medication in order to survive. This made the training all the tougher.
Marco's training regimen was incredibly tough. Kakeru had to heavily train the muscles in his body to withstand and produce the vibrations required for the techniques. He also had to train his ears to be able to listen to the "World's Rhythm", the sounds made by all things in existence, as well as the rhythmic patterns that always occur with sounds. Throughout this training, Kakeru began to build a great deal of respect for Marco, and naturally picked up an Osaka accent from his years of living there. Of course, throughout the training, Kakeru still attended school, getting into a habit of picking fights with bullies. During one of these fights, a bully pulled out a knife, and cut straight across Kakeru's face, giving him a permanent scar.
After ten years of training with Marco, Kakeru was told that there was no more to be learned from him, and to learn his own "Rhythm". Thus, Kakeru left Osaka, returning home to Tokyo. But, rather than live with his parents, he got a home in Shibuya, and started his own Storm Riders team, the Silver Rhythm Gang. After four more years of building his way up the ranks, Kakeru managed to become find his "Rhythm", becoming the next Rhythm King and going on to become one of the Royals of Neo-Genesis.
ATs:
Kakeru's Ats, which he's playfully dubbed Wyvern Talons, are a complex design, with a simple appearance. They are almost completely silver in color, with black trim, and blood red wheels, and are in the shape of stylized combat boots. A hand-made three-wheel design, which is actually designed for balance and stability, rather than the usual speed design for three wheel models. These wheels, however, are what is so interesting about these ATs. As his Regalia, Blood Concerto, is not a part of the AT initially, the wheels are specially designed with a large gap in the center, running a complete circle around the wheel, which allows it to grind with the three wheels. But, because of this, they need to be made of a special material, which heavily increases friction, in order to allow movement, as this gap leaves very little surface area, which is two thin sections as the outer portions of the wheels. Because of the increased friction, Kakeru is also capable of some Flame Road tricks, which were taught to him mostly by his father.

St. Elmo's Crossfire: A trick Kakeru's father taught him, using the principles of the Resonance Road to increase the power, which can only be used when teamed up with Brooklyn. This trick creates a cross-shaped blast of flame, which can cause severe damage if it connects.
After Burner: Using the same principle behind a jet engine's afterburners, Kakeru accelerates to supersonic speeds, creating a sonic boom and leaving tongues of flame where he made footfall.
Custom Combination Tricks:
Blazewinger Tempest: By combining his naturally high movement speed with the Flame Road, Kakeru crouches low to the ground, straightening his right leg out to the side, and begins to spin at high speeds, using the Resonance to propel himself faster, building up a torrent of flames around himself.
Lunar Dance, Song of the Sky: Kakeru uses the Moonstep trick of the Resonance Road to continuously jumps off of the air, each time firing a Sound Blade at the opponent.
Surround Sound Dragon's Flames: By adding Flames into his Rhythm, Kakeru moves his hands in front of him in a relaxed, erratic pattern, and quickly jerking them right before any of them would stop, each time creating an explosion by the opponent, and each time in a different spot.
Updraft Volcano: Kakeru strikes his foot against ground, like striking a match to light it, creating a streak of Flames along the ground towards the opponent. As soon as the Flames reach their target, Kakeru stomps the ground at the tail end of the Flame, using his vibrations to make the Flames on the opposite end erupt upward at the opponent.

Kakeru sat in the back room of Dragon's Hollow, sorting through the registration data of the Riders who recently applied for a Rider's License. Normally this was a rather boring job, which he had to do no matter how much he complained, but today brought up an interesting candidate. A Rider of a new Road, who requested his Road be approved. So, as Archivist, Kakeru had first dibs on any beginners. He rode Blood Concerto over to where the rookie was to be waiting, going slow to think of possible ways not to completely overpower him in an instant. Always the fun part. When he arrived at the location, he pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket, with the person's information on it. "Oi, this is you, right? My name is Miyamoto Kakeru, the Rhythm King, and I'll be the one administering the test, de gozaru. Prepare yourself, aru."
The Rider looked at Kakeru, with a confused face, laughing. "Are you fucking stupid? I don't see a dragon, you dumbass! Just you! Heh, even if there is a dragon, even he can't defeat the great Jinko-sama!"
Of course, Kakeru became irritated immediately by the man's mistake, and his crude boasting. He moved in one simple motion, getting behind the man and downing him with a single kick. He the growled, and chuckled. "There is no dragon, you moron. I was referring to myself, and you foolishly misunderstood my words, aru. Add that to your idiotic boasting, and you've got someone we don't need in Kurohagane, de gozaru. DECLINED!"
